Quotation ProcedureOn-Target Multy-Tranz provides fast, free, no obligation translation estimates.
A fair quotation for translation can only be given after reviewing the text to be translated. Therefore, we require you to send us the material by email to: on-target@bellnet.ca, so that we can thoroughly review the documents in order to provide the exact quotation.
Once the quotation has been given, the price is firm and it does not change unless you make changes to the original documents or additional documents are provided. In most cases estimates under 1,000 words will be sent the same day and in most cases within an hour or two. We realize that you probably need the information quickly. If you are providing large documents or several documents for translation the estimate may take longer but in 90% of the cases the estimate is provided within the next day or two.
Rates
The exact rate for translation varies depending on the language, the complexity of the project, the length and on the turnaround time. Therefore we request you to send us the documents by email to: on-target@bellnet.ca as soon as possible to get the quoting procedure underway.
All estimates are free and there is also no obligation. Estimates are only given after we thoroughly analyze the documents. If you need to send the documents by courier or regular mail that is also fine. For sending by fax please contact us, and we will also arrange that. Once we have thoroughly looked over the documents we will then give you the exact estimate.
No-Rush-Charge Policy
Many translation agencies charge a RUSH CHARGE fee for any translation processed the same day. On-Target does not do this.
We realize that translation in many cases is needed quickly and we feel that to charge a RUSH CHARGE that is unnecessary is taking advantage of clients and is unethical. We will never do this. It is only in extreme circumstances that we will charge a rush fee. The fee for Rush is 25% throughout the industry. We have only charged Rush 4 times in the last 2 years. If a Rush fee is to be charged we will discuss it with you before proceeding with the translation. Our purpose is to get your translated documents to you as quickly as possible without charging for Rush.
